The bay-boat install, made measurable.
Skiffs, bay boats, and flats boats live and die by the deck. We CNC-cut every cockpit panel, casting platform, and console wrap so the floor stops sliding around at 40 mph and your tackle stops slipping at idle.
What we build into a bay boat job
- Cockpit floor with hatch cutouts
- Bow casting platform
- Trolling-motor mount pad
- Routed boat name or registration
- Optional grab-rail and console wraps
Bay boats are our most common install. We've measured everything from 18-foot Carolina Skiffs to 24-foot Blazer Bays, so deck-shape geometry is usually already in our library — which knocks days off your lead time.
Casting platforms get a slip-resistant deck pad. Cockpit floor gets the full system with hatch cutouts that actually line up. We notch around scuppers, livewell drains, and console feet so nothing sticks up or peels back.
