How much does custom boat flooring cost?
Most full-deck installs run $3,000–$4,500 depending on boat size and design complexity. Smaller projects — helm pads, swim platforms, hatch covers — start around $150. Every quote is free and based on a digital scan of your actual deck.
What's the material? Is it like SeaDek?
We fabricate with premium closed-cell marine EVA foam — the same category of material used by the big national brands. UV-stable, non-absorbent, stain and mildew resistant, and comfortable in bare feet even in July.
How long does an install take?
After your scan and design approval, fabrication typically takes 1–2 weeks and most installs finish in a single day. Cooler tops ship in 3–4 weeks during the Founders Batch, faster afterward.
Will it damage my deck or my cooler?
No. The marine-grade pressure-sensitive adhesive bonds firmly but is removable with heat if you ever want to change designs. It won't harm gelcoat, aluminum, or roto-molded cooler lids.
Do you come to me, or do I bring the boat to you?
Either. We scan and install at our Gulfport shop, or our mobile setup comes to your dock, marina, or driveway anywhere on the Coast.
Can you do my business logo or a fully custom design?
Yes — logos, boat names, fish rulers, flags. Custom routing is CNC-cut into the pad itself, so it never peels or fades like a sticker. Send your idea through the quote form.
Are personalized cooler tops refundable?
Yes, until we start cutting. Once a personalized pad is on the CNC, it's made to order and not eligible for refund. We confirm by text before cutting begins.
Do you ship outside the USA?
Not yet. Cooler tops currently ship to the lower 48 and we can arrange to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada by request — message us before ordering.
How do I clean it?
Mild soap and water. A soft-bristle brush for stuck-on bait or sunscreen. No solvents, no acetone, no aggressive boat soaps. UV exposure is fine — the foam is engineered for it.
How long does it last?
Properly installed marine EVA decking commonly lasts 8–12+ years on a Gulf Coast boat. The adhesive bond is rated for a decade. The foam itself fades very slowly under UV.
