Why CNC matters
Most local marine decking work is traced from cardboard templates and trimmed with a razor knife. It works — until you look at the seams between panels, the fit around a hatch ring, or the wave in a long edge.
We scan with digital tools accurate to fractions of a millimeter, then cut on a CNC router that doesn't get tired and doesn't guess. The same precision that goes into aerospace foam goes into your cooler pad.
Materials we use
- Closed-cell marine EVA foam — UV-stable, non-absorbent, stain and mildew resistant.
- Marine-grade pressure-sensitive adhesive — heat-removable, won't damage gelcoat or roto-molded lids.
- 3M-equivalent transfer tape for one-shot install accuracy.
- CNC routing tools sharpened weekly for clean, fuzz-free cuts.
