Can I get a logo instead of (or alongside) a name?
Yes — through the custom order flow. Upload a vector or high-resolution image. We'll send a mockup before cutting.
Will it damage my YETI lid?
No. The adhesive is rated for roto-molded plastic and is heat-removable if you ever want to change designs or remove it.
Can I get a refund on a personalized pad?
Until cutting begins. We text to confirm before we cut. After that, it's made to order and not refundable — the cut foam doesn't fit anyone else's order.
