What people ask before they send art.
Can you match my exact brand colors?
Yes for tier 3+ jobs. Multi-color and fleet jobs include color-matching as part of the mockup process — send a Pantone, a hex, or a brand-guide reference.
What file types do you need?
Best: SVG, AI, or PDF (vector). Acceptable: PNG/JPG at 1500px or larger. What doesn't work: small social-media-export images, screenshots, or compressed thumbnails.
What if my logo is just a JPEG?
We can usually vector-trace simple marks for $40–$75 as part of the project. Complex marks may need to go to your designer for a cleanup pass first.
Are custom pads refundable?
Full refund before cutting begins. After that, the cut foam doesn't fit anyone else's order, so it's yours. We confirm the final mockup in writing before we cut.
Do you do non-cooler shapes? Knife scales, gun grips, etc?
Sometimes. Send the idea — we can usually handle anything flat and EVA-friendly. We won't cut something we don't think we can do well.
