Shipping (cooler tops)

• Lower 48: Free standard shipping.
• Founders Batch lead time: 3–4 weeks (we batch cuts).
• Standard lead time: 1–2 weeks after the batch is shipped.
• Alaska, Hawaii, Canada: Available by request — message us before ordering and we'll quote.
• Tracking: Emailed when the box ships.

Returns — standard (non-personalized) pads

30 days from delivery for a full refund. Pad must be unused and still in its protective film. You cover return shipping. Email hello@placeholder.com to start.

Returns — personalized & custom pads

Personalized cooler pads are made to order. Full refund anytime before cutting begins — we text or email to confirm your design first, so there's a clear stop point. Once we cut, the foam is yours. The cut foam doesn't fit anyone else's order, so we can't re-shelf or re-sell it.

Damaged in transit

Take a photo of the box (especially any visible damage) before opening. If a pad arrives damaged, email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll re-cut and re-ship at no charge.

Boat installs

Quote estimates from photos are price ranges. Firm pricing happens at the in-person scan. If the scan reveals significantly more work than the photos suggested, we'll discuss before scheduling fabrication. Once fabrication begins, the install order is binding.

Warranty

All products carry a 1-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects. Reasonable wear from use, UV exposure, and saltwater is not covered (the foam is engineered for it, but it's not indestructible).
