Replace the carpet. made measurable.
Most pontoons come from the factory with carpet that lasts about three seasons before it smells like the lake. EVA replacement is the obvious upgrade — and the price difference closes fast once you account for not having to replace it again.
What we build into a pontoon job
- Full open-deck coverage
- Captain's chair surround
- Rear lounge and changing-room cutouts
- Optional swim-deck non-skid border
- Single-piece aisle (no seams)
We pull the old carpet, scan the open deck, and cut a single continuous foam floor. No seams running across the main aisle, no curling edges where the wet bar drains. We design around the captain's chair, the rear lounge, and any fishing-chair sockets.
For pontoons that haul wet kids and dogs, the bone/charcoal or storm-gray colorways hide more dirt than the teak look. We can also run a non-skid border around the swim deck for safety.
